Visionary Interviews with Visionary Voices
'Visionary Voices' interviews people who have taken the leap in life to make a difference in the world.
In our first interview with Bart van der Vliet, Trustee of Street Child of Sierra Leone, he says: "I believe we can solve the problem of steet children in Sierra Leone, to perhaps 20% of the current numbers. When you say that to a professional charity worker, they laugh in your face and say you'll never do that, that's impossible, grow up, be realistic. I don't want to be realistic. I want to dream that that is possible. I know it's possible and we have a plan to get there through a self-funding organisation." You can listen to the audio recording and/or read the highlights of the interview at Bart van der Vliet.
In our second interview with Manisha Dahad and Ole Hoyer of the Centre for Social Brilliance., they tell us all about their exciting trip to India this September with a group of successful entrepreneurs and social visionaries who explored, co-visioned and initiated socially innovative projects in the cities and rural areas of India. You can listen to the call and see details of their fabulous trip at Manisha & Ole.

In our third interview with Ellie Frost, we talked about a new kind of business in the world today, one that's contributing socially while being profitable, good for people and good for the planet. Ellie says: "The key to creating an innovative culture is a fluid culture, because creativity needs fluidity. ... Being pressured to come up with new ideas just kills the innovative spirit. ... Most of the innovative secrets and magic of a company will come from inside the company. It needs a fluid interaction within the organisation to ensure creative fluidity. ... It needs to feel like a free space and doesn't necessarily need to have an agenda . ... Everybody wants to be part of and aligned with the purpose behind the company."
